ACH Deposit Terms
Version: ach-2026-10-01 · Effective Date: October 2, 2026
These ACH Deposit Terms apply when you add funds to your GGBOYS Platform Balance from a U.S. bank account through ACH (an "ACH deposit"). They supplement the GGBOYS Payment Policy. The Payment Policy continues to apply to ACH deposits except where these terms say otherwise.
1. Who can use ACH deposits
ACH deposits are not available to every account. They are available only to accounts that GGBOYS has chosen to enable for ACH deposits. GGBOYS decides which accounts to enable and is not required to enable any account.
To make an ACH deposit, your identity verification (KYC) must be complete, and you must verify a U.S. bank account on the Stripe payment page.
2. When the funds arrive
Bank payments take time. An ACH deposit usually arrives about 4 business days after you submit it, and it can take longer.
The funds are not added to your Platform Balance, and cannot be used, until Stripe confirms the payment has succeeded. If the payment fails or is returned by your bank, nothing is added to your balance.
3. ACH deposits are deposited funds
Funds from an ACH deposit are deposited funds, the same as funds from a card deposit. They can be used on the Platform but cannot be withdrawn.
Deposited funds can only be refunded to the bank account they came from, under the refund rules in the Payment Policy. An ACH deposit can only be refunded in full; partial refunds of an ACH deposit are not available.
4. Fees
Each ACH deposit is charged a processing fee of 0.8% of the deposit amount, up to a maximum of US $5.00 per deposit, plus a bank account verification fee of US $1.50 per deposit. Both fees are deducted from the deposit amount.
The payment page shows the deposit amount, the fees, and the amount that will be credited to your Platform Balance before you confirm.
5. Limits
For accounts with ACH deposits enabled, the amount of each ACH deposit and the total of your ACH deposits in any 60-day period are limited. The standard limits are US $500 per deposit and US $2,000 in any 60-day period. GGBOYS may set different limits for your account; your current limits and the amount you have left are shown in your wallet.
Only one ACH deposit can be in progress at a time. Any other amount limits shown on the payment page also apply.
6. Failed payments
If an ACH payment fails or is returned by your bank, nothing is credited, and ACH deposits are paused on your account for 30 days.
7. Bank disputes
If you have a problem with an ACH deposit, contact GGBOYS support first.
Disputing an ACH deposit with your bank, including reporting the debit as unauthorized, is a material breach of the GGBOYS terms. The disputed amount is treated as unpaid, even if it has already been credited to your balance or spent. GGBOYS may freeze your account, related accounts, your balance, and withdrawals; reverse or reclassify related transactions; submit evidence to the bank; and recover amounts owed. ACH deposits are turned off for your account as soon as any of your deposits is disputed.
Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.
8. Turning off ACH deposits
GGBOYS may turn off ACH deposits for your account at any time. When this happens, any ACH payment page you have not yet submitted is cancelled; an ACH deposit you have already submitted continues to process under these terms. Your other deposit methods are not affected.
9. Changes to these terms
GGBOYS may update these terms. When the version changes, you will be asked to accept the new version before your next ACH deposit.
If a translation of these terms differs from the English version, the English version controls.
